carpenter foreman

Position: Carpenter Foreman
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5–15 years (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry activities on-site. 
• Assign tasks to carpenters and monitor their performance. 
• Ensure all carpentry works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 
• Oversee installation, repair, and finishing of furniture, doors, cabinets, and fit-outs. 
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company policies. 
• Provide daily progress updates to the Supervisor/Project Manager. 

Requirements:

• 5–15 years of proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in construction, joinery, or interior fit-out. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials (wood, MDF, furniture, etc.). 
• Ability to manage a carpentry team and deliver projects within deadlines.
